YES The price is locked at the exact moment your payment is confirmed. Gold and silver prices fluctuate throughout the day, but once you complete payment, the rate at that instant is yours. No surprises, no adjustments.

Cancellations are accepted within 2 hours of booking, subject to a small processing fee to account for gold price movements. After 2 hours, the order is final. Modifications (like changing delivery address) can be requested by contacting our support team before dispatch.
